Migration to gst
The assessee is having service tax number and the receipts are less than Rs. 10,00,000/-.Is it compulsory for the assessee to migrate to GST.

yes ,if the turnover goes above 8L then access must register under GST.if all ready have the service tax no then he is only have to convert to GST.
if he has the number then surely yes
