What is the date of Board meeting for noting disclosure of interest? You must have put old date. Now as per the recent amendment MGT.14 is not required to be filed for this.

The date of the Board resolution is 12th April, 2014 and the date of notice is 27/03/2014. i want to file it backdated will i be able to do that sir
