Mca public documents form 23ac attachment

I am trying to download XML of one of our client from MCA Public documents. I have paid the amount, however, I am not able to download the attachment o form 23AC i.e. attached BS.XML for the client. My queries are :

1. Whether i will be able to download this attahment from "Annual Returns and balance sheet Eform" or "Annual Returns and balance sheet Attachments"

2. If it is "Annual Returns and balance sheet Attachment", I am trying to download files named "Optional attachements", however, it is showing that my adobe reader is not update (I am using adobe reader XI)

3. wherever, how the get the XML attachment of balance sheet (not form 23AC)

4. Being a Registered User Only (not a professional User), whether I am authorized to do so or not ?
