E-filing services are temporarily suspended to ensure a smooth transition to the new forms under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

All new e-forms prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 will be available for upload with effect from 28.04.2014.

Earlier the e-filing services were suspended from 1st April to 13th April, 2014 and new forms were to be made available from 14th of April under staggered roll out. But later on it was decided that all the forms will be rolled out in a single phase from 28th of April.

New form INC-22 shall be applicable for old form 18.
