Annual Compliances required to be done by all the companies
1. File financial statements in form AOC-4 with ROC within 30 days from the date of conclusion of AGM or due date of AGM whichever is earlier along with notice, directors report and its attachments, p&l, balance sheet, notes on accounts .
2. File Annual Retrun in form MGT-7 with ROC within 60 days from the date conclusion of AGM or due date of AGM whichever is earlier along with shareholders list as at the end of financial year.

You are also required to appoint Auditor in 1st AGM for five years pursuant to Section 139 and to file ADT-1 within 15 days from the date appointment. The Company should have issued Share Certificates within 60 days from the date of Incorporation.
