By constitutional requirement, elections to the Lok Sabha must be held at most every five years or whenever parliament is dissolved by the president. The previous election, to the15th Lok Sabha, was conducted in April–May 2009 and its term would naturally expire on 31 May 2014.
So Exams may be held in May 2014 as the term would expire on 31st May 2014
Assume it is in May 2014. You have no idea when the elections are to be held. Delhi 2008 elections were held in October 2008 and in 2013 were held in December 2014. I would suggest you be realistic and assume it to be May 2014 unless an offical communication is made available from the election commission or ICAI.
