May 12 Final Help??

Is there a possibility of amendments or introduction of new chapters in Audit and Law for Final May 12 exams as changes were made and study material was revised for Final Audit May 11 exams ?

Or should i buy the books now and start studying?

Also regarding Financial Reporting changes will be applicable i.e. Ind AS will b applicable from May 12 exams right, so should i buy Refrence book now for Accounts and later buy book for revised Accounting Standards?Pls. clarify?

well Gaurang my view is slightly different in this,I accept that student should be updated all the time.u must start ur studies now without worrying about amendments & updation in the syllabus.if prepares well enough before exams then u will be very able to make update with ammendments. Further i also observed that there are always very few changes or ammendments takes place but the Basic taxation structure,basic concepts of Accounting & other subjects shall not changed.May be I am wrong for Many students.

Start study without delay ...

Your reason for not buying books becoz of future amendments is not good ..

Hi,

Thx. for u r suggestion guys but i hav already started preparations for Costing/AMA and SFM and my concerns regd. amendments were mostly in theory subjects of Audit and Law and Accounting standards which r about to change.
