GST Refund on payment to builder

Hello,

I seek your expertise on the following issue.

I have obtained a temporary GST registration for claiming a refund of GST paid to the builder. The bank account has been validated and Aadhaar authentication completed. However, I am unable to submit “GST RFD‑01 – Refund for Unregistered Taxpayer” due to an error message stating: “The bank account selected by you is not correct.”

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this?
