The Maximum number of directors in the private company is 15. However, the company can appoint higher number by passing special resolution. Check articles of association of private company, they can specify maximum number of directors less than 15 not over 15.
Maximum Number of Directors is 15. However the company can increase the lit by passing Special Resolution in General Meeting ( SR in GM ).
