Please provide me with the link where i can get all the laws and byelaws in regard to the management training of ICSI ?

Attached are the CS regulations 1982.
 
Pls read Regulations 48, 51 and 52 of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 for eligibility from getting exemption from training.
 
Also attached is the form for making application for exemption from training.
