Loss making company into profitable company

Respected Members, I work in a partnership firm for past 1.5 years. It is into Logistics business. Earlier the company was doing business at very faster pace. YOY business turnover was also gud. Past 6 months Company business is dropped to very low reason being over borrowing. Now the company is not able to repay to their investors as their receivables is comparative Very less from Payable. Pl help me out with any ideas/suggestions to recover from the loss n repay the borrowing.
