Limited Liability Partnership query

i hv query ;

we r pvt company Management consultancy and we r going to form LLP with another company. wich

LLp is form for specific purpose. that for specific project .

We have Project and another company has land for project.

and by LLP we will tranfer that Land in LLP on development right.

so in that case i hv cover this matter in LLP agreement or I hv to make separate agreement with LLP after incorporation.
