What is mean of Life Time Imprisonment under IPC? It is 14 years or for life time untill his death in the jail?
One more, is it right to calculate 12 hrs a day/some leave consider while a person passing the time for a offence. (i.e. if a person get jail for 2 years than for which period he/she will spend time in jail-2 years or less than 2 years)
