Is the LIC amount of Person after his death Received by his Family Member is Taxable or Exempt ?
as the TDS 194DA is Deducted on such amount ( Person who Received the Amount has been Received it after deducting TDS on his PAN )
Can He claim Refund of TDS Deducted on his PAN ?

Yes, exempt u/s. 10(10D) for death claims or any amount received on death of the insured person.
Claim the TDS back by filing return.
