In this case, the person concerned will have to pay IGST and get the refund of the amount paid as CGST/SGST.

IF YOU PAID CASH OVER AND ABOVE THE OUTPUT LIABILITY THE SAME WILL BE SHOWS AS UNADJUSTED CASH BALANCE IN YOUR LEDGER AND THE SAME WILL BE AVAILAIBLE FOR ADJUSTMENT AGAINST OUTPUT LIABILITY UNDER THE SAME HEAD IN SUBSEQUENT MONTH.
