Dear Friends,
i wish to know whether the maximum permissible leave period in articleship is 180 leave days or 180 paid leave days???
i mean, if i dont get stipend for my leaves, do i need to compensate for such leaves also after i finish my articleship duration?

180 days are paid leaves... any leave in excess of this leave is unpaid & is to be completed after completion of articleship.. @ !

how come ur leaves are unpaid..?
ur principal is bound to pay u for ur leaves... & unless paid leaves r exhausted counting for unpaid leaves will not start...!
