Dear Prakash, Your are providing me informaion which must be supplied by me. Thanks a lot really finance is not a problem to BSNL but only problem is faced by BSNL is poor managment of manpower. If BSNL improves Manpower Managment the BSNL may reach on top position once again but I am not expecting it from present board.
