THERE ARE COUNTABLE CASE LAWS IN MUNISH BHANDARI HANDBOOK

SO U CAN REMEMBER THEM ...........

i found law as the easiest subject of ca finals due to this book

just concentrate on presentation part and u can fetch good marks for sure ...

Please go through this article written by me for preparation in corporate laws

/articles/how-to-go-through-corporate-law-in-ca-finals-7779.asp

YeS of course you should write them. It fetchs your marks and the probability also lows.

Hi rajesh, stating case laws definatly helps u in fetching more marks. there is a format in which u shouldanswer questions.

1. state the section

2. explanation

3. case law, if any

4. in the end...yur answer...yes or no

u should write case laws. it gives an impression that u r good in subject. there r 50-60 caselaws . u can easily remember them. all d best

thanks friend to reply me...

Hi Rajesh,

I have also given May attempt n cleared 1st group that I have opted. I got 60 marks in Law, I would suggest u dat, pls make sure dat u have attend 100% paper or at least 90% paper, therefore make ur preparation like dat, give ur understanding of law with and a mix of book language while writing answers in exam, but ensure dat the meaning of law should not be change when u write answers in ur own language. N writing of case laws will help u to secure gud marks, but only case laws would not help, therefore make a combination of case laws, ur understanding and book knowledge. However if ur understanding of subject is gud, then case law ke bina bhi kam chalta h, I didn't write any case law in my law paper.

I hope this reply will help u.

Kind Regards,
