www.icai.org/resource_file/19954list_pubnov2010exam.pdf.....if you go to this address,you find that certain parts in "Winding up" chapter are told not to be done,but in the may 11 law paper questions worth 16 marks were asked from the part not asked to be done.Can anybody tell me what may be done in this regard?
For ICAI it is not a new thing. they always do like this things. 16 marks is toooo much .. out of syllabus. nothing can be done in this regard now. may be valuers will be asked to allocate full marks if a student has written something relevant to the question !!
Its totally unfair ..yaar...
why they expect us to study which they themselves has told to not to study...
inst should compensate for thos 16 marks...
