late payment

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I m supplier of iron and steel materials I have purchased the material on (30 days) credit bases,
But however I have paid the party to 45-50 days.

So my party has raise the debit note in which he says you have to pay interest + gst. So should be gst comes in debit note?
