What about the late fees already paid by taxpayers up to September 2018? Pls help me.

amount already paid against late fees will not be received back or will not be credited to cash ledger also
why not? rules are same all taxpayers..
No ... the Notification readout : late fee will be waived only in case who has filed the return after 22/12/2018. Hence there will no return back of Late fee who has been filed before said date .
