What is the current late fee for GST R -1, and in what proportion it has to pay?

nil returns is Rs 20/dayfor both acts.
And Rs 50/day for both acts in normal case.

Note: currently no option in portal to pay gstr1 late fee.

Is there any possibility that in future they demand fine ??

Any way compulsory late is applicable if not filed before due date. We can wait for the applicablity on the gst portal in future dates.

So Late fee on Gstr 1 implemented on GSTR PORTAL will it be applicable retrospectively ??
