Land dispute between partners

Hi ,

      we 4 partners have purchased a land in 2009.at the time of purchasing the land we have registered the property commonly without mentioning the boarders of each partner.now we have decided to construct a factory,but one of my partners who has 5% share in the land is not accepting for our proposal.how can we proceed further to construct the factory without joining the fourth partner.he also not interested to sale his 5 % share.so please help me is there any legal problems or any provisions if exist.
