U can Check List of Directors on MCA portal under the Head of "Register Digital Signature"

where u can see appointment date of directors.

or if u want more information u can search the documents of the Company by paying 50/- Rs. fees

but IS MCA will show company wise director ,

Or just only list of director active.

Yaa MCA will show Company wise Director.

At there, MCA ask a Company Name, where u can write your Company name and see list of Directors of that Company.

In MCA portal you can see the present director of the company through view “Register Digital Signatore” but in case of filing of Annual Return, it also demand any changes  in directors between since last AGM to the current date of AGM, MCA portal will not provide this service via  “Register Digital Signatore”.

I will suggests you to please inspect our ROC record internally in company and through inspection by obtaining MCA services.

But if you need changes  in directors record for that :

1. You can Pay Rs.50 in MCA portal and then you can view the company record for your purpose.

2. You can ask the company to provide compleate details of the above said company .They will be having  Form32 or DIN 3 for Director Addition  &  Form32  for Director remooval.

i have a query
i have applied for close of a company under fte mode and shown all figures as nil as company has not opened bank account and nothing has been done in the company. now roc is asking for comparative figures from incorporation of company and how all the items have been shown nil. in your opinon what i should do in this case ?
