i m article. Nd due to my mistake my sir paid 8 lakh more tax on behalf of our party. .now the question is that mistake is done because sir relied upon my work so now is it my mistake??? Nd who r responsible person for gving answer to that party.

No need to worry. Your Sir is liable for any financial damages and not you. Also he can claim refund. You can relax and be more alert next time.
