Not working brother enrollment status shows not a valid registeration no. what to do????

I called on the number given in Appendum to general instructions which is attached with examination form and they told me that write a mail to rahuladhikari @ icsi.edu for this problem. but this i had done earlier also 4-5 days back and got no reply from there side. today i did the same after the call now see what's happen................ 

do u get your roll no..i got mine..........
