Jobwork intimation under gst

I need to send various material at jobworker's sites for jobwork process. There is a provision under sec 143 of CGST that Goods need to be sent to job worker under intimation. So far I've not been able to find the exact procedure and mode of sending the intimation to concerned officer. Please solve the query
