I am job worker and not filling GSTR-4 still date. let me know what is the next step

As per Section 143 : Job worker is not Required to file ITC 04 , you have to file Just GTSTR 3B & GSTR 1
The responsibility for keeping proper accounts for the inputs or capital goods shall lie with the principal & principal will file ITC 04
