Is there any Format for intimation of Job work process in new purchase factory? or can we give intimation to excise office on writting? are they agree for that?

Please read notification no. 214/86 regarding job work.
I agree with Ram. When Job work is done under that notification, the procedure followed there is to be complied with.
However, when the job work is done under Cenvat Credit Rules, no such intimation/permission is required.
