Referring to the first post on this thread, you have got it all right
But where to include Short Term loss? I bought shares, kept them for sometime less than one year, sold them for a loss.. where to include this net short term loss.. if it has to be broken up as gross short term loss plus expenses then where to include it. etc?
Also speculative that is intraday, where should i include it?
I am exployed and have salary income. Ihave dome some intraday trades and have loss.
I presume the loss from Intraday trades is Speculative Loss.
Please guide me on the following:-
- ITR form to be used
- where should the speculative loss be entered and in what sheet
- what sections and columns to be fillied for speculative loss.
- If I use ITR4, whatshould be the nature of business that I should declare?
