Itr1 efilled with error

Sir,

    I have e-filled my returns through https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in  for AY 2011-12 with some errors. I wrongly mentioned "Tax deducted details" in "Details of Advance Tax and Self Assessment Tax Payments" section (25).  So i got a reply from CPC like "e-Return has been processed at CPC - demand determined (tax is payable)". Now i know the problem. If i remove "Tax deducted details" from section 25 in ITR1 form, everything is OK. Can you please suggest me what needs to be done?

File online rectification through the website of income tax india

My Account-> Rectification-> and rectification upload

then u will get the demand deleted

Hi Gopal,

           Thanks for your reply. I have already submitted my rectification request. I got the following reply from CPC 

Status is  "Intimation 143(1)/154 re-send Rejected."
Reason is  "Communication is not original"
 

Pl check the attachment.  Can you please guide me what should i do next?
