Itr v delivered but mail not received of itr v receipt

HELLO Frnzzzz

i send a Envelop by Speed Post to CPC Banglore Containing 46 ITR V.

and Packet is Delivered by Postal Department(as Shown by online Status Attached)

But still i dont have Receipt of ITR V(15 days gone).

What should i do
