It has been written that ...refund failed at CPC....what is it reasons?

Is bank account is in the name of the assessee?

Is it linked with PAN & Aadhar?

Check it, If ok....... contact customer care.

Thank u...my acct is already linked with pan & pan linked with aadhar ...where should I contact..any no. please.
