I can't file FY 15-16& 16-17 return can I file it tomorrow.

In case Your client get any notices for NMS then You can File his return...

coronation application is to be filed to CIT

IF approval granted by cit
u can file return and get refund

CARE LESS PEOPLE 

INCOME TAX SITE REMEMBERING PEOPLE TO FILE RETURNS FOR 2016-17 AND 2017-18 BUT PEOPLE COME @ THE LAST MOMENT 

NOW ITR CAN'T BE FILED

I have taxable income of 4 lac in which interest income of fd's is 2 lac. Whether I have to deduct 50000 intt. Income recently announced by fm in latest budget of 2018 and taxable income will be 3.50 lac for financial year 2018-19

you can claim such TDS in curent F.Y ITR. If entries match with 26 AS, your client will get refund.
