ITR 3 or ITR 4...

ITR 4 - u/s 44ada profit will be shown 50% /above 50%

ITR 3 - Will be file u/s 44aa or 44aa with AB...

you can opt ITR 4 , presumptive income under Section 44ADA of the income tax act , 50% of the gross receipts .

If ITR 3 then Yes. BS and PandL required as per the professional

If ITR 4 then read the instructions in ITR 4 Form.
