HELLO FRIENDS, I HAVE RECEIVED RS. 50,000. INSURANCE COMMISSION AFTER DEDUCTING TDS
BUT MY OTHER INCOME IS ALSO 65,000,
I WANT TO TAKE REFUND BUT I HAVE NEVER MAINTAINED ACCOUNTS.
PLS HELP ME IN FILING MY ITR 4
WHETHER IT IS NO ACCOUNT CASE
OR I HAVE TO DRAW MY BALANCE SHEET FOR TAKING THE REFUND.
WHICH COLUMNS I FILL IN ITR 4.
Dear Raj Kumar there is no need to Draw Balance in Your Case. You can file return. You are required to fill column 6 of Part A - BS and Column 51 of Part A- P&L
Your total income is 115,000 Rs. as per sec 44AA, your income from 3 previous year should not have crossed 120000 mark, if it hasnt, then you neednot maintain books of accounts. if your has crossed, then practical solution is to file the return with estimated expenses and praying god on your knees that your name doesnot come for assessment.
