know me that my business is proprietorship firm and i have earned income from Lottary winning, commission income, capital gain income ect. so, which ITR form suitable me and where how i will get it in Excel utility format.

ITR 4 would be applicable to you. ITR 4 excel utility for A.Y. 2013-14 is not available on the site still. You have to wait for the same for till it is made available by authority. You can download the same from e-filing site. Link for the same is:
