dear sir

ITR 1 me 80 TTA wala field active nahi dikhata kuchh ke return ke time deduction 80 TTA me amount fill nahi hota yesa kyo

No it's not a issue faced by us.
Try filling the return using another utility or other software

Then there may be an error on the site.
Try after some time or file using the Excel utility

If ITR-1 is being filed for senior citizen, then it will ask value in Sec. 80TTB and not 80TTA.
