To construct office, purchased tiles : No you cannot Claim ITC as per section 17(5)

You can take the ITC if It's rented premises and You ll book the expenses under Repairs and Maintenance...
In case it's your own building and You ll book the expenditure under repairs and maintenance then You can avail the ITC benefits...
If Your Own building and You ll book it Capitalize then You can't avail ITC...
