I am government employee. I received ten year salary from 2007 (4260500) get this year. then how to calculate tax for income tax relief?? not filed any income tax return up to date because no other income or salary income any.

compute as per section 89. However, to be honest, given the exemptions limits that prevailed over last ten years, I dont know how you are claiming that you weren't liable for filing returns in any of these years.
I am not claiming but I want to know if I liable for past year taxes how to pay in current year in section 89
