Dear members,
I have filed IT return of my mother within due date for AY 2009-2010 claiming refund of Rs.1600/-. But till date we have not received the refund amount. I have also submitted 2-3 times Application to AO along with copy of acknowledgement. But no action taken by them. They only says that "we are finding your paper return" and also every time gives assurance that your refund will be done.
I've lost hope for it...
Is it possible by department to release refund amount on the basis of acknowledgement ( if paper return lost by them) ?
Plz help me ... what to do??
