I want to file the IT return for the financial year 2016-17 but I filed through online and offline it's not taken the data instead of its shows itr returns data section is over.
kindly give me the suggestion or solution for this.

You can't file ITR for F.Y. 2016-17, last date was 31.03.2018
if any possibility is there
You can't file until you receive notification u/s 142(1) from IT Deptt or you apply for condonation delay request.
No... No way for filing ITR AY 17-18.

If You have any Refund then You can file condonation request. Otherwise no way...
