My query is
suppose we issus Form 16 & 16 A on 30.04.2012 & Digital Signature is attached to form dated on 15.06.2012
so is there any issue of Income tax Lax in future

The payment of the TDS and filing TDS Return with the government is important as per Income Tax Act.
but the signing of form 16 & 16A at later date will not have any effect as per I-T act
