can anyone tell me whether changes in ISCA syllabus done in Jan 2012 are applicable for may 2012 exams

no they are not applicable i verified from institute.
They are not applicable for May 2012, they are applicable Nov 2012 onwards, have confirmed that with the BOS, dont worry, all the best :)
