Is there a way to deny access of form26 as to ca?

Dear Experts,

Last year, I shared my information with CA for FY 2011-12 tax filing.

This year, FY 2012-13, I plan to file the tax online myself, but I still see the CA firm's address on my form 26 AS.

How to deny access to Form 26 AS to CA's firm from now onwards ?

What are the steps to be followed ?

change the password,then the changed password will b send to ur ca's email id ,then ask ur ca to forward that mail to u,then log in wid that,mk the changes in adress and all,and then u can access form 26 wid ur details

Ask the CA to provide u with the password of your account. Log into the account and update ur contact details

Actually, i already have incometaxefiling login/ password which I had from several years, I can login already. Also my email id is correct, also have never shared password , but still the address has changed to CA firm's address.

Does the CA firm have another way of accessing individual's Form 26as /etc without using my login/ password, and change the address to their firm's address ?

If not clear, another way to ask, is that my own address is replaced in the incometaxefiling web site with the firm's address, although I have not shared the password to the login account ?
