Me and my colleague started a company in December 2013 and it is inoperative since its inception. No bank account is opened for this company. Also no transaction is done since its inception.
There is no commercial activity that has taken place.
However No annual filing is done till date.There are no charges against the company ,and Both Assets and Liabilities are NIL.
The company status shows Active in MCA portal.
Can we go for strike off appeal directly without incurring the heavy penalties of Annual filing.
