Is Rcm under section 9(4) applicable for the month of september-2017??

Clarification awaited for actual date of suspension of the RCM, but it should be only from October 2017.

As such applicable for September & earlier months....

Sir, RCM covered by 9(4) of cgst act removes : I want to know RCM 9(4) removes for all or only for Small dealers under 1.50 CR. Pls. confirm

 

The provision of RCM u/s. 9(4) has been suspended till 31.03.2018 for ALL.....

Another new problem has been created by tally sollution. In tally 6.1.1 rcm provision entry fully suspended but we have to pay rcm U/s 9(3). But we can't able to do it in tally 6.1.1
