Is payment is behalf of a third party taxable

Sir I work of online services like exam or compition form filling on behalf of a customer and pay their online fee using my bank account. Approx transaction of more than 10L in one financial year I want to know that I need to register my self in any tax authorities. If yes in which authority I have to register. And what is the process
