I just saw the list of publications applicable for nov 2010 again and got a serious doubt about applicability of FEMA,1999.
Question
Whethere FEMA,1999 is not applicable or circular mentioned in the list is not applicable

As per the publication list, FEMA is not applicable for exams. Let seniors comment on this.
Circulars mentioned are not applicable but FEMA 1999 will definitely apply.

Make sure u read that particular circular also...u never know wat they r upto n this attempt...most probably question on the said circular will appear for exams(like sebi guidelines was asked in the last attempt)thats wat i feel....:)
