for a Ltd company:
If a unsecured loan(not deposit) taken from a company in earlier years, is not outstanding as at 31.3.21 (but was outstandingwas at begining year 1.4.20, DPT3 filed for 19/20), will DPT3 be required to be filed this year for 31.3.21 even if no outstanding at end of the year .

If amount is not outstanding on 31.3.21 then DPT 3 might not be required to be filed as amount is not outstanding at the end of the year
Not required to file , if loan is repaid during the year.
